Philosophy and approach
Alex has a passion for patient and client care, ensuring that everyone feels listened to, as everyone has such unique nutrition and health goals. She likes to ensure that her blogs are easy to read and can provide healthy tips for everyone. Alex covers topics that are frequently asked during consultations and in the community.
In her spare time Alex loves staying active, playing footy and running as much as she can. She loves cooking for her family and friends, reading, going to gigs, and probably a few too many coffees.
Alex has experience working in volunteer positions at Nutrition Australia and Monash University, educating clients one-on-one or in group presentations about healthy eating and general nutritional wellbeing. Throughout her university degree she was fortunate enough to work with patients with a variety of clinical conditions to better her practice.
She is also currently studying to become a FODMAP and IBS nutrition expert, undertaking further FODMAP training and education with Monash University.
Alex is an accredited graduate dietitian and a member with the Dietitians Association of Australia. Alex has a Bachelor of Science from The University of Melbourne, and a Master of Dietetics from Monash University.
