Amy has a friendly approachable manner that makes her easy to talk to on the phone and in person. Amy makes sure she assists all our clients with a great customer experience, tailored to your needs and provides a sensitive caring approach to all our clients’ problems and questions.
Amy loves to spend time with her friends, exploring new parts of Melbourne and trying new coffee shops. Amy also runs a candle business on the weekends, so spends her time outside of work making different scented candles.
Amy has experience working in reception environments in Australia and also in the UK, with all of her experience built around customer service.
Amy has a business degree from Nottingham Trent in England and loves to use her analytical skills in everyday life to help solve our client problems.
