Philosophy and approach
Angela’s approach is about equipping and supporting you towards healthier eating in a way that works for you. She can help you to achieve an individualised, healthy nutrition plan based around what you love. Angela’s approach includes increasing awareness around eating cues, practical assistance with nutrition and navigating all food settings (ie at home, work and socially).
Angela moved from Brisbane to Melbourne with her husband in 2018. She enjoys pilates, yoga, bushwalking and running. Being a real foodie, she has found a place to call home in Melbourne.
Angela has a range of experiences as a dietitian, having worked in private practice, children’s health, hospital settings, aged care, research and with community groups. Angela has expertise in dietetics for bariatrics, diabetes management and non-surgical weight loss. She is passionate about supporting clients to lose weight and maintain the momentum of a healthier, life-extending lifestyle
Angela is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist. She is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) and an Associate Member of the Australian & New Zealand Metabolic and Obesity Surgery Society (ANZMOSS). Angela has a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics) with honours from Queensland University of Technology.
